Ben Kuehner

Ben Kuehner is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in diverse industries, including finance, private equity, and recruitment. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Goldman Sachs since December 2021, Ben leads initiatives to influence hiring strategies and promote diversity within the firm's Accounting & Finance units and FinTech group. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ben held positions at H.I.G. Capital as a Senior Recruitment Partner and at Constellation, part of IQ-EQ, as Manager of Talent Acquisition, where Ben implemented in-house talent management functions and developed effective sourcing strategies. Ben's career began as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Heights Search Partners, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting across several sectors. Ben's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
