Barry Kruse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, client training, and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as VP and Global Head of Franklin Templeton Academy since April 2014, Barry has also held key positions including Executive Director of Junior Guides, where leadership in youth education and environmental stewardship is emphasized.
