Dave McGowan

Dave McGowan, CFA, currently serves as the VP and ETF Portfolio Manager at Franklin Templeton since September 2021. Previously, McGowan held the position of Investment Manager at China Post Global from July 2019 to August 2021, where duties included managing various ETFs and calculating total return swaps. Prior experience includes a temporary role as Senior Operations Analyst at QUAERO CAPITAL and serving as an Investment Analyst and UCITS Operations Manager at City Financial Investment Company Limited, focusing on Japanese equity hedge funds. McGowan began their career at HSBC as an Interest Rate Derivatives Review Coordinator and gained early experience as a Sales Assistant at Waitrose. McGowan holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Southampton.
