Ish McLaughlin

Ish McLaughlin currently serves as Vice Chairman of Enterprise Relationship Management at Franklin Templeton, overseeing firmwide relationships with key counterparties and distribution partners since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ish held the position of Managing Director at ArrowMark Partners from September 2021 to March 2023, managing $22 billion in assets for a diverse range of institutional clients. Ish's extensive experience at Citi spanned from August 1995 to February 2021, where notable titles included Head of North America Investor Sales and Relationship Management and Managing Director of Fixed Income Syndicate, among others. Ish holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
