Jennifer Ou, CFA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Investment Platform Strategy at Franklin Templeton, leading comprehensive business transformation and strategy across the organization. With a proven track record within the firm, Jennifer has also held roles as Global Head of Market Data Services, successfully overseeing significant vendor management operations, and as Vice President of IT, where collaboration with various business partners facilitated the delivery of high-value investment solutions. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Jennifer gained extensive experience at FactSet, where leadership roles included mentoring teams, developing growth strategies, and implementing complex enterprise solutions for asset managers. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of the Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business.
