Joseph Thomas

Joseph Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joseph began their career as an HR Trainee at Thermax Culligan in 1998 before moving on to become an HR Executive at Infosys Technologies Limited in 2000. In 2001, Joseph joined Bharti India as an Assistant Manager. Joseph then joined Dell in 2003, where they worked as a Generalist until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Joseph served as a Vice President of HR at Bank of America. Joseph then joined Franklin Templeton in 2011 as a Head of Human Resources, overseeing the HR function for 3200 employees in India. Joseph's most recent role at Franklin Templeton was as a Director - HR Business Partner Technology & Operations, where they worked closely with the CIO and Global Operation Executive to provide strategic solutions and talent strategies for the business.

Joseph Thomas completed their Master's in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1998 and 2000.
