Rosemary Emmens

Rosemary Emmens is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Franklin Templeton since August 2020. Prior to this role, Rosemary held various positions at Legg Mason, including Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, and Director and Associate General Counsel, from December 2005 until the company's acquisition by Franklin Templeton in July 2020.
