Brigid Marcoux

Brigid Marcoux is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th Grade ELA Teacher at Franklin Township Community School Corporation since August 2020. In this role, Brigid developed engaging lessons, supported new teachers through mentorship, and provided professional development on the SIOP Model. Brigid has consistently engaged in collaborative professional learning community (PLC) meetings, implemented differentiated instruction, and tailored support for students with IEPs and English-language learners. Prior experience includes student teaching positions with Monroe County Community School Corporation and Richland-Bean Blossom Community School Corporation, as well as roles as a Direct Support Professional and Site Director at various organizations that supported individuals with disabilities. Brigid holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
