Joann Jordan

JoAnn Jordan, PhD, MPH, CHES, RHIA, serves as the Founding Program Chair for both the MS in Health Informatics and the Health Information Management programs at Franklin University since April 2013, achieving initial accreditation by CAHIIM. Additionally, Jordan is a Higher Education Consultant for Great Minds Consulting LLC, focusing on enhancing curriculum and the student experience, and acts as a Course Evaluator for the American Council on Education, specializing in health information management and allied health programs. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Springfield Technical Community College, Health Informatics Intern at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, and Course Developer at Charter Oak State College. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Rutgers University - Newark and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
