Lars Jepsen

Lars Jepsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change and development, currently serving as the owner of Lars Jepsen Change & Development since 2000. As an Execution Specialist and Global Facilitator at FranklinCovey Danmark, Lars has focused on execution, productivity, and unconscious bias since May 2004. In 2023, Lars took on the role of Project Leader at Frivilligcenter SR-Bistand, coordinating volunteers to assist citizens facing financial challenges. Additionally, Lars held key positions at Tjommi as Deputy Chairman of the Board and CFO/COO, and served as Chairman of the Board and Senior Advisor at Leadership for Humanitarians. Other notable roles include Senior Lecturer at Niels Brock, Head of Secretariat at Spejdernes Lejr, and Program Coordinator at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and the Royal Danish Embassy Accra.
