Alessandra Porcari

Alessandra Porcari has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alessandra began their career as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Chateau Vaudreuil Hotel & Suites in 2002, where they were responsible for sales and marketing strategies. Alessandra then worked as a Teacher and Sales and Marketing professional at the English Montreal School Board from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, they transitioned to the Montreal Marriott Château Champlain as a Corporate Sales Manager. Alessandra later joined SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts in 2008 as a National Sales Manager, where they represented multiple hotel brands and managed key accounts while increasing the company's national client base.

In 2015, Porcari joined evo Montreal as the Director of Sales for evo Residences, overseeing occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and training leasing teams. Alessandra played a significant role in shaping the organization's day-to-day operations.

Continuing their career in business development, Porcari worked as a Business Development Consultant at Consultations PN Inc. from 2017 to 2018, focusing on sales development and assisting businesses in achieving their goals.

Alessandra then joined Marriott Hotels in 2018 as a Sales Manager, Canadian Sales Office, and later became a Business Development Manager, Canadian Sales Office. In these roles, they targeted group clients, conducted research on potential opportunities, and worked collaboratively with hotel sales teams to increase sales opportunities.

Most recently, in 2021, Porcari joined FranklinCovey as a Director of Strategic Partnerships and then transitioned to the role of Client Partner. Their work involves partnering with organizations to bring about behavior change and achieve breakthrough results by implementing content based on timeless principles of human effectiveness.

Alessandra Porcari pursued their higher education between 1996 and 1999 at Collège LaSalle in Montréal. During this period, they obtained a DEC degree in Hotel Management & Tourism.
