Caroline Mahoney

Caroline Mahoney started their work experience in 2012 as a Varsity Field Hockey player at Northwestern University. During their time there, they successfully balanced their athletic commitments with their academic and social life. In 2015, Caroline joined FranklinCovey as an intern, where they gained valuable experience working with the Operations Manager, as well as the sales and marketing teams. Caroline managed multiple large-scale projects while also handling daily assignments and tasks from team members. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Inside Business Partner at FranklinCovey, a position they held until 2017. Subsequently, they became a Regional Sales Assistant at the same company, and their tenure in this role is ongoing.

Caroline Mahoney earned their Bachelor of Science in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University between 2012 and 2016. Caroline'sfield of study was Learning and Organizational Change.
