Christine Eisenhauer

Christine Eisenhauer currently serves as the Managing Director of Education at FranklinCovey, where the focus is on transforming organizations through leadership and culture development. Previously, Christine held the role of Vice President of Partnerships at Relay Graduate School of Education, enhancing enrollment and revenue strategies, and served as Senior Dean and Dean at the same institution, successfully managing multiple campuses and creating impactful degree programs. Prior experience includes positions as Managing Director of Academics at KIPP Philadelphia Schools, Founding Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Prestige Academy Charter School, and Program Director for Teach For America, where significant academic improvements were achieved through data-driven strategies and professional development. Christine began their career as a teacher and Math Department Chairperson at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
