Craig Aimar, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles within the higher education sector. Prior to that, they owned and worked as an Educational Consultant and Account Manager at Michigan College Consulting, providing consulting services to colleges in areas of enrollment management, leadership development, and student success services.

Craig also served as the District Athletic Director and K-12 Activities/Recreation Director at Bangor Township Schools, where they oversaw 23 varsity athletic teams and all recreational activities.
