Diane Vance

Diane Vance is an experienced executive coach and consultant at FranklinCovey since August 2016. Prior to this role, Diane served as Director of School Leadership and Director of Special Projects at CS Partners from June 2004 to June 2016, where Diane mentored school principals and managed substantial budgets while significantly expanding the organization's reach. Earlier experience includes directing a character education program at Smart Character Choices and serving as Principal at Charyl Stockwell Academy. Diane's career began as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired in various school districts from 1987 to 1996. Diane holds a BS in Special Education from Illinois State University and an MA in Education from Marygrove College.
