Hank Provost

Hank Provost is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the President and Founder of Organizational Strategies, Inc. since July 2013, as well as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Keystone Partners since November 2017, Hank specializes in coaching senior leadership and enhancing organizational success. Previous roles include Vice President of Organizational Development at WhiteWave Foods, where leadership development and employee engagement were prioritized, and Vice President of Human Resources for Dean Foods, managing the Midwest Region. Hank also established the Human Resources function at Orange Egypt, a telecommunications start-up. Hank holds a Master of Arts in Organization Development and Management and Organizational Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from DePaul University and a certificate in Evidence Based Coaching.
