Jane Goodyear has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jane started their career as a Business Manager at Michael D. Norman & Assoc., where they worked from 1988 to 1995. Jane then joined Menttium Corporation as a Vice President, leading a cross-company mentoring program and managing a team responsible for selling and program management. Jane worked at Menttium Corporation from 1998 to 2005.

In 2005, Jane joined UnitedHealth Group as an Account Manager but left the company in 2006 to start their own venture. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the President of J. Woolley, Inc., where they provided coaching, consulting, and business development services to various clients.

Since 2009, Jane has been working at FranklinCovey as a Senior Client Partner. Jane'srole involves understanding clients' challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs in areas such as execution, leadership, and productivity. Jane'sgoal is to help clients achieve sustained superior performance through workforce capabilities and goal-oriented processes.

Jane Goodyear has a BA degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa. Jane also obtained a Diploma in Coaching-Transformational Leadership from Newfield Network. In 2019, they enrolled at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine to pursue a Certified Wellness Coach degree in Wellness Coaching, which is still ongoing. Additionally, in January 2020, they earned the Mayo Clinic Trained Wellness Coach certification from Mayo Clinic.
