Jim Huling's work experience includes various roles and positions throughout their career. Jim has been with FranklinCovey since 2008, where they have served as an Executive Coach and the Global Managing Consultant for FranklinCovey's 4 Disciplines of Execution. In this role, they have been responsible for the development of the 4 Disciplines methods and practices, training new consultants, and leading large-scale engagements to help leaders and teams achieve their goals. Prior to FranklinCovey, Jim was the Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Resources from 1997 to 2008. Jim also worked as a CIO at Experian (Formerly CCN) from 1994 to 1997, an IT Executive at Spherion (formerly Norrell Corporation) from 1988 to 1994, and a Regional Manager at Ernst & Young from 1985 to 1988. Jim started their career as an Information Systems Manager at Vulcan Materials in 1980. Additionally, Jim is the Author and Founder of "Choose Your Life," where they provide strategic and organizational consulting and is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, facilitator, mentor, and professional coach.

Jim Huling obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Birmingham-Southern College, where they studied from 1972 to 1977. Following this, they pursued a BS in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Science and Math at The University of Alabama from 1977 to 1979.
