June Kletzel-Jaeger has extensive work experience spanning over several years. June began their career in 1994 at Nova Southeastern University as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2003. After that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Premier Beverage from 2003 to 2004. June then transitioned to working as an Account Manager at Peoples Education from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as an Educational Consultant at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and then moved on to ETA hand2mind, where they held the position of Educational Consultant in 2007-2008. Later on, they served as a Field Representative at Florida Educational Leadership Council from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they work at FranklinCovey since 2011 as a Client Partner responsible for Student Leadership, Character Education, School Culture, and Anti-Bullying. Their role involves implementing FranklinCovey's whole school transformation process called The Leader in Me, which focuses on teaching 21st century leadership and life skills to students and creating a culture of student empowerment within schools based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

June Kletzel-Jaeger has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of South Florida. June also holds a Masters of Science degree in Education (media and technology) from Nova Southeastern University.
