Justin Byron

Justin Byron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Justin began their career with Bell Techlogix, Inc. as an Apple Service Provider Depot Technician, troubleshooting and replacing components on Apple Macbooks. Justin then joined Randstad as a Deskside Support Technician for Genworth Financial, where they were responsible for virus removal, data recovery, and training new team members. Justin later worked for Bell Techlogix, Inc. again, this time as a Deskside Support Field Agent for Newport News Shipbuilding, providing deskside support for multiple locations. Justin also worked at TuxedoTek as the owner and lead technician, designing and configuring custom Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency GPU Mining Computers. Justin was a Desktop Support Specialist for VCU Health at Networking Technologies and Support, Inc., providing support in a corporate and healthcare environment. Justin then worked at Astyra Corporation as a Windows 10 Deployment Technician for Dominion Energy, handling large scale deployments and updating IT inventories. Currently, Justin serves as a Remote Marketing Database Consultant at FranklinCovey, where they collect contact information, updates databases, and documents best practices.

Justin Byron has a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The University of Virginia's College at Wise. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a CERTIFICATE of ACHIEVEMENT in LFS101x: Introduction to Linux from edX in August 2017, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in February 2017, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in November 2010.
