Justin Dillon

Justin Dillon has an extensive work experience in various compliance and leadership roles. Justin is currently working as a Client Partner at FranklinCovey, where they focus on strategy execution and outcomes. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Nuponix Labs from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were the U.S. Compliance and Ethics Officer at Incyte from 2015 to 2018. Justin also held leadership positions as the Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Cegedim and Ipsen, respectively. Justin worked as the Deputy Ethics & Compliance Officer at GSK and Merck, and also held sales, marketing, and operations leadership positions at Merck. Justin started their career at Pfizer as an Account Leader.

Justin Dillon attended Saint Anselm College where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Prior to that, they studied at Wilbraham & Monson Academy, a preparatory school, focusing on Liberal Arts. Aside from their academic achievements, Justin Dillon also obtained a certification as an Adirondack Chair Test Pilot from the International Organization of Adirondack Chairs in October 2018.
