Kristi Sayers Edd

Kristi Sayers, EdD has a diverse work experience starting from their current role as an AL Client Partner at FranklinCovey, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Real Estate Specialist at ARC Realty Co. from 2019. From 2014 to 2021, they worked as the Principal of Oak Mountain High School at Shelby County Schools. Before that, they served as the Professional Development Supervisor at Shelby County Board of Education from 2013 to 2014.

Kristi Sayers obtained their Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from The University of Alabama, which they completed between 1985 and 1989. Kristi then pursued a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Montevallo, which they earned between 1990 and 1992. Lastly, Kristi completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2009 and 2013.
