Laura Kreun

Laura Kreun M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting with their most recent position at FranklinCovey as a Learning and Development Strategist, Laura focuses on transforming organizations by developing exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures through behavior change. Prior to FranklinCovey, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Support Consultant and an Instructional Design Consultant. At Deluxe Corporation, Laura served as a Senior Training Consultant, utilizing the ADDIE model to create effective training programs and developing blended learning approaches. Laura also worked as a Training Specialist at Comcast Corporation and NatureRich Inc. Additionally, Laura had roles as a General Education Instructor at Art Institutes International and an Instructor of Communications at Brown College. With their strong background in training and development, Laura brings extensive expertise in instructional design, project management, and program evaluation.

Laura Kreun M.A. holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications, which they earned from the University of North Dakota between 1995 and 2001. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts at the same university from 1994 to 1998.
