Macy Stack has a diverse range of work experience. Macy started their career as a Substitute Teacher and Student Teacher at the Vacaville Unified School District in 2014. Macy then became a Teacher in 2016, where they created lesson plans, collaborated with staff, and fostered inclusive environments for student engagement.

In 2020, Macy transitioned into the role of a Digital Marketing Consultant, where they designed and maintained professional websites and social media profiles. Macy also wrote copy for emails, websites, and newsletters.

Their most recent role was with FranklinCovey, where they served as a Customer Success Manager starting in 2021. In this position, they managed client accounts, developed long-term relationships, and provided technical and product support. Macy also led consultative conversations to engage and retain clients, ensuring their success.

Additionally, they participated in a semester abroad program at Semester at Sea in 2012, where they studied Development Economics. Furthermore, in 2013, Macy Stack attended Universidad Latina de Costa Rica to study Spanish, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
