Randy Illig

Randy Illig is a seasoned professional in sales and leadership, currently serving as the Global Practice Leader for Sales Performance Practice at FranklinCovey since December 2001. Under Randy's leadership, the practice focuses on training, consulting, and coaching clients to secure more profitable business. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Randy co-founded and served as the CEO of a company that was acquired by FranklinCovey in March 2013. Additionally, Randy has experience as a Partner at Mineral Trust and Clearing Corporation from 2004 to 2019, and as the Founder and CEO of Visalign, LLC, from 1990 to 2001, both of which were sold to private equity firms.
