Saqib Javed has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors. Saqib started their career in 2014 as a Metallurgical Engineer at the University of the Punjab, where they worked until 2018. In 2013, they founded Javed Academy, an institute that has become well reputed in the area. At Javed Academy, they gained valuable experience in management and successfully grew the institute. In 2019, Saqib joined FranklinCovey as a Client Partner and Facilitator. Saqib is passionate about their work at FranklinCovey, a global company specializing in performance improvement. Additionally, in 2021, Saqib became a Master Trainer at the Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development, Government of the Punjab. Overall, Saqib Javed has developed a strong background in educational development, management, and engineering.

Saqib Javed completed their Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of the Punjab, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued further education in the field of Education at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2020, specializing in Teacher and Social Emotional Learning. Apart from their academic qualifications, Saqib Javed also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they received the certification for Metallurgical & Materials Engineer from Pakistan Engineer. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Helping Clients Succeed from FranklinCovey in September 2021, and in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens (6 Day Certification) and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature 3.0 (3 Day Certification) from FranklinCovey in March 2020 and January 2020, respectively. Saqib also pursued a certification in Social Emotional Learning at the University of Colorado Boulder.
