Shana Holmes has a diverse work history, starting in 2009 as a Certified Texas Educator in Aldine ISD, Conroe ISD, and Tomball ISD. Shana then transitioned to a role as a Field Sales AE at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they worked on sales and marketing plans and collaborated with regional marketing teams. After that, they joined American Reading Company as a Sales Account Manager, where they achieved various accolades and played a role in improving self-esteem and confidence in young learners. In 2020, Shana became a Sales Area Partnership Manager at Imagine Learning. Currently, they are working as a Client Partner | Education at FranklinCovey, where they help organizations achieve a change in culture by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures.
Shana Holmes obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Sam Houston State University in the years 2003 to 2007.
