Stephanie Bedilion

Stephanie Bedilion has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Most recently, they worked at FranklinCovey as an Implementation Program Manager, where they were responsible for planning and executing client implementation projects. Stephanie modified project plans to fit specific client needs, managed project timelines and scoped hours, and provided clear project updates to stakeholders. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at LHH as a Project Manager II and a Project Coordinator, overseeing global project plans, deliverables, and work streams. Stephanie also has experience at DDI | Development Dimensions International, where they held roles such as Global Field Enablement Project Specialist and Team Lead Business Administrator, managing client services and serving as a liaison between sales and consulting. Stephanie's early career included a role as a Human Resources Assistant at AMC Settlement Services.

Stephanie Bedilion earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in English Language and Literature, General from Washington & Jefferson College between 2000 and 2003.

In addition to their degree, Stephanie has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they became a DDI Certified Public Workshop Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Stephanie also obtained a Card Sort Analyst certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in November 2017. Stephanie earned the title of Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from the Nutritional Therapy Association in November 2015. Finally, they became a Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer from DDI | Development Dimensions International in December 2005.
