Toral Shah

Toral Shah has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Toral started their career at various public accounting firms in 1999, where they conducted audits, performed tax audits, and provided financial reporting services for a range of companies. Toral also played a key role in internal control reviews and migration projects. In 2006, Toral joined Raich Ende Malter & Co., LLP as a Senior, focusing on audits and quarterly reviews for manufacturing, broker dealer, and law firm clients. Toral also assisted clients with US GAAP application, SEC/PACOB guidelines, and tax returns. Toral later joined the Young Survival Coalition in 2009 as a Senior Accountant, overseeing financial accounting and reporting functions, implementing policies and procedures, and handling audits and tax inquiries. Toral successfully implemented a new accounting system during their tenure. In 2012, they became self-employed as a freelance accountant until 2013 when they joined Siemens Corp as a Senior Accountant. At Siemens, Toral managed financial statements, reconciliations, and inter-company transactions. In 2016, they became a freelance accountant again until 2018 when they worked as a Financial Services Professional independently. Most recently, Toral joined FranklinCovey in 2022 as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Toral Shah attended the University of Mumbai from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. In 2004, they also received a certification as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, Toral Shah has obtained a certification as a Life, Accident & Sickness Agent from the State of Georgia, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
