Angela Hughes

Angela Hughes is an experienced urban planning professional with a robust background in local government. Currently serving as the Director of Communities at Frankston City Council since November 2021, Angela has previously held significant roles, including Director of Planning and Environment at Macedon Ranges Shire Council and Manager of City Planning at Monash City Council. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Mornington Peninsula Shire, Kingston City Council, and Knox City Council, as well as a role as Principal Planner at the London Borough of Newham. Angela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning from RMIT University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
