Angela Hughes is an experienced urban planning professional with a robust background in local government. Currently serving as the Director of Communities at Frankston City Council since November 2021, Angela has previously held significant roles, including Director of Planning and Environment at Macedon Ranges Shire Council and Manager of City Planning at Monash City Council.
