Selina Sonntag is a researcher and PhD student at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen, focusing on valve construction for hypoplastic left heart syndrome and venous valve replacement since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a research assistant at Forschungszentrum Jülich, where work centered on prion protein and treatment options for prion diseases, as well as research assistant positions at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, improving models for Alzheimer’s Disease, and Imperial College London, enhancing lentivirus-based gene delivery systems.
