Angela Louie

Angela Louie has extensive experience in mental health and rehabilitation services, currently serving as the Rehabilitation and Recovery Coordinator for Fraser Health Authority since June 2010. In this role, Angela collaborates with community rehabilitation and agency staff to enhance recovery resources for clients and families. Prior experience includes positions as Interim Manager of Rehabilitation & Recovery, Rehabilitation and Recovery Lead for Tertiary Services, and Community Rehabilitation Coordinator at Burnaby Mental Health & Addictions, among others. Angela has also contributed to academia as a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia since October 2012. Additionally, Angela has been actively involved in Toastmasters International, where notable achievements include winning a silver medal at the World Championship. Angela holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of British Columbia.
