Lead, People Health, Wellbeing And Safety at Fraser Health Authority

Linda Roseborough Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Linda is currently working as the Lead of People Health, Wellbeing, and Safety at Fraser Health Authority since October 2022. Prior to that, Linda held various positions at The University of British Columbia, including Manager at the Centre for Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Advisor for Health, Safety, and Wellness from an unspecified date in 2007 until October 2022. At UBC, they were responsible for implementing occupational health and safety initiatives, advising management, and overseeing program development.

Before their tenure at UBC, Linda worked as a Coordinator for Instructional and Outdoor Recreation, managing health and wellness programs for students, staff, and faculty. Linda played a key role in program planning and management, resulting in increased revenue generation and outstanding services.

Earlier in their career, Linda served as the Manager of Fitness & Aquatics at YWCA Metro Vancouver, the Lifestyles Coordinator at the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver, and the Assistant Aquatic Leader at The Corporation of Delta.

Overall, Linda has extensive experience in health, safety, wellness program management, and leadership roles in various organizations.

Linda Roseborough Marshall holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Ergonomics & Human Factors- Organizational Behavior from the University of Derby. Linda also possesses a Certificate of Ergonomics and Human Factors from Harvard University's School of Public Health, along with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of British Columbia. In addition to their academic qualifications, Linda has obtained various certifications in disciplines such as digital marketing, change management, cultural safety, psychological health and safety advisorship, and more. Linda is currently in progress towards becoming a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE).
