Pamela Joshi

Pamela Joshi has a strong background in healthcare project management and strategic planning. Pamela most recently serves as the Project Director at Fraser Health Authority, overseeing project operations. Prior to this, Pamela held various roles at BC Women's Hospital and Health Centre, including Program Director and Project Manager for the Provincial Perinatal Substance Use Project. Pamela was responsible for developing a provincial blueprint for perinatal substance use care and managing financials and reporting. Pamela also worked as a Managing Consultant at Provincial Health Services Authority and as a Program Manager at BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services. Pamela has experience in research and development, having served as a Researcher at BC Injury Research and Prevention Unit. Additionally, Pamela was a Project Manager for the Suicide Prevention, Intervention, and Postvention Initiative, contributing to the creation of a framework and planning template. Overall, Pamela Joshi has a diverse range of expertise in healthcare project management, strategic planning, and research.

Pamela Joshi obtained a Project Management Certification from VSB Continuing Education in 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Epidemiology & Biostatistics from Western University between 2004 and 2006.
