Sheazin Premji

Sheazin Premji serves as the Executive Director of The Centre for Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Innovation at Fraser Health Authority since October 2020, leading a diverse team in enhancing digital health and patient experiences. Previously, as Executive Director of System Optimization, Sheazin ensured effective management and system transformation through integrated analytics. Co-founding Axiom Care Solutions LP in 2017, Sheazin developed a care navigation business focused on improving seniors' quality of life at home. Prior roles include Director of Project Control & Implementation at Provincial Health Services Authority, where strategic initiatives across 31 hospitals were directed, and Director of Special Projects at Vancouver Coastal Health, contributing to operational excellence in regional programs. Sheazin holds an MBA in Health Services Management from McMaster University and has completed several executive programs at MIT Sloan.
