Alexandra Clare

Alexandra Clare is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the People Partnering Manager and Lead People Partner at Frazer-Nash Consultancy since January 2020. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service from August 2017 to November 2019, providing operational HR leadership throughout the employee life cycle. Alexandra's previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, where management of a team delivering integrated HR services for approximately 1,500 staff was a key responsibility.
