Derek Smith

Derek Smith serves as the Welding Superintendent at Fraser River Pile and Dredge (GP) Inc., bringing expertise from previous roles as a Welding Inspector at CWB Group. With a CSA W178.2 Level 2 certification and experience in welding standards such as W47, Derek has a solid foundation in the industry. Derek is currently pursuing a CAD Tech degree at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, complementing their earlier education at the University of the Fraser Valley.
