Delphine Rea

Delphine Le Rea is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crew management within the yachting industry, currently serving as Crew Manager at Fraser Yachts since March 2022. Prior to this role, Delphine held the position of Crew Manager at Imperial Yachts from January 2018 to February 2022. Delphine's diverse background includes roles such as Customer Advisor at Printemps Joaillerie, Management de Projet at Natur'ally Yachting, and Office Manager at De Valk Yacht Brokers. In addition to these experiences, Delphine has served as Trésorier for the EMCOM Association and has worked in various capacities, including as a temporary hostess with Adecco Monaco and as an English teacher with Monaco Famille Concept. Delphine holds a Master 2 in Communication Organisationnelle and a Master's degree in Management from IAE Nice, alongside a licentiate degree in Business Administration from ISEM Nice and a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Sciences from Lycée Albert I Monaco.
