James Mallon

James Mallon is an experienced asset management professional with a strong background in real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Frasers Group since January 2019, James has previously held positions as an Asset Manager at both Frasers Group and Metrus Property Advisors, where employment spanned from June 2017 to December 2018. Prior roles include Valuation Surveyor at Colliers International and Chartered Surveyor (Valuation) at Matthews & Goodman. James began their career as a Graduate Surveyor at W T Gunson Chartered Surveyors. An alumnus of Liverpool John Moores University, James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Management, earned between 2007 and 2010.
