Nicholas Merrill

Nicholas Merrill has extensive experience in the retail industry, with a focus on store operations and projects. Nicholas is currently the Head of Store Operations & Projects for GAME within the Frasers Group, overseeing the implementation of operations, commercial and strategic changes across 250+ retail stores. Prior to this role, they served as a Regional Manager for GAME Digital, where they were responsible for driving sales and profitability. Nicholas began their career as an Assistant Manager at Gamestation, where they gained experience in team management and achieving store targets. Nicholas also has experience outside of the retail industry, having worked as a Relief Manager for SPAR and as a Website Designer and Technicial for Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council. Their diverse background and leadership skills make him a valuable asset in the retail industry.

Nicholas Merrill has a Msc degree in Computer Games Design from Staffordshire University, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bsc degree in Computer Games Design and Music Technology from Staffordshire University in 2010 as well. Nicholas also holds additional certifications in PRINCE2® Foundation, Msc Computer Games Design, AVCE Management and Business, NVQ Team Leading and Communication, Web design, Networking Management, and Visual Basic.
