Oleksandr (Alex) Movchan, CIA, CFE, CICA, CIMA DipPM, LSS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, internal controls, and fraud prevention across various sectors. Currently serving as a Blogger at Risk & Compliance Platform Europe and Trainer at the Fraud Education Center, Movchan also holds the position of President at the Institute for Internal Controls - CEE, promoting internal control best practices in Central & Eastern Europe. Previously, as Chief Risk Officer at Neauvia and ITP SA, Movchan oversaw governance, risk management, and compliance as part of the Matex Lab Group. Movchan’s experience includes leadership roles at Ascensia Diabetes Care, where responsibilities encompassed internal controls and J-SOX compliance, and significant contributions to the Institute of Internal Auditors - Ukraine.
