Brian Holloway

As a Principal in Frazier & Deeter’s Tax practice, Brian Holloway provides valuation services to both publicly traded and privately held companies. Brian has nearly 20 years of experience providing business valuation, litigation and consulting services to business owners, attorneys, accountants, chief financial officers, corporate controllers, tax directors and other upper-level management. He has participated in a variety of U.S. and international engagements for the purposes of mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, reorganizations, recapitalizations, federal taxes, gift and estate taxes, privatizations, employee stock ownership plans, dispute resolution, bankruptcies, economic damages, healthcare regulatory compliance purposes, internal management planning and other litigation proceedings.

Brian has valued the following types of business entities, securities and assets: publicly-traded corporations, closely-held corporations, closely-held corporation fractional ownership interests, foreign-domiciled corporations, intangible assets (including intellectual property), stock options, general and limited partnership interests, limited liability company interests and franchises. His industry experience includes healthcare, technology, retail, food/beverage, hospitality, insurance, financial services, media, consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications, advertising, auto parts, transportation, professional services, real estate and governmental entities.  

Brian has provided valuation services in various capacities to many Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, mid-market corporations and privately-held companies. Before joining the firm, he had roles as a Director at Acuitas, Inc. and Senior Manager at Willamette Management Associates, independent valuation firms where he provided valuation consulting, economic analysis and financial advisory services. Brian was in the Economic and Valuation Services group at KPMG after he began his career in the valuation field at American Appraisal Associates, which is a national valuation firm based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Brian has also written multiple professional publications on various valuation topics.
