Denise Winston

As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Frazier & Deeter, Denise Winston identifies and attracts top industry talent to meet FD’s needs. Denise is responsible for sourcing, assessing and hiring talent and she acts as an internal talent advisor and partner. She also assists with employer branding and candidate experience across all FD hiring departments. Denise’s specific industry experience includes software technology companies, E-learning, HCM and retail operations.

Before joining the firm, Denise worked as a district manager at Aldi where she was responsible for hiring/staffing district, audits, inventory, loss prevention/controls, merchandising, sales forecasting, performance management, order management and was a main contributor to opening the Denton, TX division and various training facilities.
