As the Chief Operating Officer of Frazier & Deeter, Jeremy Sperring’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting, and capacity planning of the firm. He further works directly with the Managing Partner to ensure that the operational objectives of the firm’s strategic plan are achieved.

Since 2015, Jeremy has headed the due diligence process for the firm’s merger and acquisition strategy, which resulted in the successful mergers of four firms in Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia, and Tampa.

In 2013, Jeremy took on the role of Partner-in-Charge of leading FD Fund Administration (FDFA), a former affiliate of FD. FDFA offered outsourced fund administration services, including fund accounting, investment reporting, tax administration, valuation services/analytics, and investor relations services. Jeremy joined the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Group in 1996 and worked in the Practice for eight years prior to transitioning to his current role.
