Matt Hornfeck is a Manager in Frazier & Deeter’s Process, Risk & Governance (PRG) practice.  Matt’s depth of experience allows him to deliver consistent, thorough and pragmatic solutions for operational, financial and compliance risks faced by companies. This includes performing Internal Audit Outsourcing and Co-sourcing and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Before joining the firm, Matt gained experience as an Internal Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His industry expertise includes Financial Services, Manufacturing & Distribution and Technology.
