Meredith is responsible for the review of complex consolidated corporate tax returns and large pass-through entities, most of which are engaged in multi-state and/or international activities. In addition, she has significant involvement in much of the firm’s ASC 740 work for large private and public corporations. Meredith spearheaded the implementation of the IRS tangible property regulations for the firm’s clients.

She has significant experience in conflict resolution matters with the Internal Revenue Service, which usually concludes with taxpayer-favorable results. She works closely with the firm’s TAS group, assisting her clients in structuring transactions in a tax-efficient manner, modeling various outcomes, and providing due diligence services.

Meredith has experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, technology and professional services.
