Shlynn McKinney

Shlynn McKinney, MA, MBA, NBC-HWC, currently serves as Office Manager and Advisory-Contracted Consultant at Frazier & Deeter, LLC since November 2019, while also fulfilling the role of Process Risk & Governance Associate. In parallel, McKinney is a Wellness Coach at Spring Health and an Adjunct Professor at Champlain College. Previously, positions held include Accounting Coordinator at High Profile, Inc., Financial Representative at Thrivent Financial, Staff Accountant at The Lamplighter School, and Finance Coordinator at Big Thought, with an early career role as Development Coordinator at the Business Council for the Arts. McKinney obtained an MBA and an MA in Arts Management from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Accounting from Benedict College, in addition to further educational experiences at Emory University and Dallas International University, as well as an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
