Naghma PK has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. Naghma is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stones2Milestones since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager - Brand Communication & Customer Lifecycle Manager at the same company starting from February 2022. In 2019, Naghma co-founded Hopfit India Pvt. Ltd. where they served as a Co-Founder. In 2020, they worked as a Yoga Instructor without specifying the company. Naghma also worked as a Freelance Writer's Assistant at Hubhawks from November 2022. From 2010, Naghma worked as a Japanese Language Trainer at the Japanese Language Academy. In 2023, they took on the role of Brand Consultant at Smart Diet Planner for a brief period from March to May. From December 2020 to January 2022, they worked at SARVA - Yoga, Mindfulness & Beyond in multiple roles including Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management, Brand Communications Manager, Growth Manager, and Community Engagement Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Decathlon Sports India in various roles such as Freelance Facilitator, Partner Relationship Leader, Project Leader for the Decathlon Community Website, Sports Leader, CRM Manager, Events & Communication Manager, Digital Ninja, Water Sports Department Manager, and Intern. Naghma also gained internship experience at Hitachi Plant Technologies in 2014 and at Ajanta Pro Prints in 2013, where they worked as an intern and as a Tele-Marketing Executive, respectively.

Naghma PK's education history is as follows:

Naghma PK completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from Pondicherry University. This program lasted from 2013 to 2015.

In addition, Naghma PK obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Industrial Psychology from Pondicherry University from 2013 to 2014.

For their undergraduate studies, Naghma PK attended Providence Women's College, Calicut, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, which they completed from 2010 to 2013.

Prior to their college education, Naghma PK attended OISCA Academy in Hamamatsu, Japan, where they completed their High School education from 2008 to 2010. Their field of study at this school was International Relations and Affairs.

Before attending high school in Japan, Naghma PK attended St. Joseph's Anglo Indian Girls' Higher Secondary School, where they completed their Kinder Garden to Junior High studies from 1996 to 2008, focusing on General Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Naghma PK completed a 200 Hour Teacher Training Course in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy at A Himalayan Yogi Institute in 2022. Naghma also completed a Yoga Instructors Course in the same field at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana in 2020.

Furthermore, Naghma PK obtained a Therapeutic Yoga Training certification from Bodhi School of Yoga in August 2022.

Lastly, in January 2009, Naghma PK successfully completed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, which was conducted by the Japanese Educational Exchanges and Services and the Japan Foundation.
