Katharina H.

Katharina H. has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Katharina is currently working at Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH as the Head of Project Management. Prior to this, they were the Team Lead Project Management at the same company. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Novatec Consulting GmbH, where they held the positions of Senior Consultant and Consultant. In these roles, they were a Co-Lead of the "Agile Product Management" team, a Product Owner in Scrum Projects, an Agile coach for software development teams, and involved in Atlassian Jira & Confluence configuration and administration. Katharina also had experience in Requirements Engineering and was a speaker at the ModernRE conference in 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Bremer Tageszeitungen AG as an IT Product Manager, where they managed product lifecycles, handled requirements engineering, and performed business process modeling. In 2016, they worked as a working student at förderbar GmbH. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they were a working student at Novatec Consulting GmbH and also completed their Bachelor's thesis related to software projects in the insurance sector. Katharina also worked as an intern at Novatec Consulting GmbH, where they were involved in software project management and GUI development. Additionally, they gained work experience as a working student and office clerk at Siemens between 2010 and 2012.

Katharina H. completed their education in a chronological order. Katharina first attended OSZ Bürowirtschaft & Dienstleistungen from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a General technical college entrance qualification along with an IHK degree in the state-recognized apprenticeship in the field of Office Clerk.

Later, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in IT and economics.

In addition to their formal education, Katharina H. also obtained several certifications. In August 2018, they received the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in July 2018, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from the same institution.

Later, in October 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification from Scrum.org. In September 2021, they earned the Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner / Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.

Most recently, in February 2023, they acquired the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL-E) certification from Scrum.org.
