Serwaah Fordjour

Serwaah Fordjour is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in patient services, administrative support, and coaching. Currently serving as a Patient Services Representative at Vera Whole Health since January 2021, Serwaah is responsible for maintaining the front office, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient satisfaction. In addition to this role, Serwaah has worked as an Administrative Assistant and Head Soccer Coach for the Pacific Northwest Soccer Club since June 2019. Past experience includes serving at Topgolf and various restaurants, where Serwaah provided exceptional customer service and trained staff. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Business from the University of Puget Sound, Serwaah combines healthcare knowledge with administrative skills and a passion for soccer coaching.
